Having worked closely with the Dears Pharmacy team in designing and developing their website and setting up their social media platform we were asked to develop a bespoke marketing plan to help the group grow sales in key areas and increase their none-NHS income.
Following an initial meeting to discuss the objectives for the project and a marketing review, we identified and profiled target market segments for each product offering and discussed potential product enhancements that may add value for customers.
A series of campaigns were scheduled based on the nature of the offer and a repeatable structure for each campaign was developed including preparation, implementation, monitoring and enhancement.
