Of course many of our customers are patients so when we say customers we include patients and when we say patients we include customers.
The survey starts with asking some information about how we can make our pharmacy better for both our customers and ourselves and then moves onto questions about how you would describe our pharmacy and what it means to people (our brand).
It should take about 10 to 15 minutes on average depending on how much you write!
